Bug description: In mod normal cand activezi Berserk ar trebuie sa iti reseteze automat cooldown-ul de la mangle, in schimb la noi pe server nu il reseteaza.
Proof: O poza nu cred ca ar fi tocmai concludenta, se poate testa usor ingame.

If Mangle is on cd when you cast Berserk the cd isn't cleared.
