[FIXED] [Druid] Prowl/Stampeding Roar

Bug description: All the druid shapefists have a cooldown when you get out of them, so you can't immediately get back in that exact shapefist. If you press a spell that "activates the X form" and that form is on that small cooldown, it won't activate, while it should. Prowl doesn't activate at all while the cat form cooldown is active, Stampeding Roar, if you are in human form, activates but doesn't trigger bear form while the bear form is on cooldown, same thing for Dash but I already made the post for it. I don't have a retail video for it, but I'm preety sure they should not be affected by this shapefist cooldown.

Hi,
You shouldn't be able to do that. Acording to blizzard devs on 7.1 they added a CD on re-ntering the same shape form.
Devs comment.
They have done this so they force druids to use multiple forms in PvP.

If you can find proof that using any ability that triggers the form should bypass the CD you are welcomed to post it here.

Otherwise, this should be reversed too.

Ye well, it feels strange that you use stampeding roar/dash and it activates but you stay in human form. The CD is there but that doesn't mean those spells shouldn't activate the form, or they should not work at all if the form is on CD. I'm gonna try to find some clips.

This is a video from retail (taken a few minutes ago). The patch difference shouldn't matter, there are no changes (from what I know). It's only with Dash because I am lazy to level 5 more levels to show video with Prowl too, but if you want that I can do it. But if Dash works like that(getting your in cat form instantly, even if cat form is on CD), then both Stampeding Roar and Prowl should.

Ok so you actually have a CD on the form you just went out of but you can bypass that if you any of the abilities that force the form available.
