maybe my english bad or i dont know ( im translate in google ).
There was the following: 1. correct operation of the effect - you are in the form -> prok effect -> you are out of shape -> effect remained (until the time of his actions).
2. work on the server freakz: you in the form -> prok effect-> you are out of shape-> effect disappeared (no matter how much there was time before the disappearance of the effect of 5 sec., or 10 sec, or other value)

Owlkin frenzy should remain on player even if he switches out of form

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
