Bug description: Revitalize is healing without internal cooldown
Proof:
Resto recount https://imgur.com/a/dUmiC = 22 revitalize heals
Fury recounthttps://imgur.com/a/zNBMA = 22 hits in burst all crits (battle cry)
But because im fury warrior my rampage = 5 hits in 1 global cooldown / raging blow = 2 hits in 1 global cooldown
The recount say 22 heals from revitalize in that 7 sec full of crits
