[FIXED] [Druid] Rip granted by Feral Affinity talent

After applying a Rip on a target the dot will consume any combo points generated. The damage of Rip also resets to 1 combo point after the first tick, and changes damage depending on how many combo points were consumed after the last tick; regardless of how many combo points were used on the ability.
This applies only to non-feral druids with the Feral Affinity talent.
