Bug description: If you purchase dual sepcc from "Osborne the Night Man" (Old Town, Stormwind) you have to pay 1000g without any indication of the increased price, other classes buy their dual specc for 10g.

In World of Warcraft: Legion players can now switch between all of their specs rather than being limited to just two, and no longer requires gold to activate the option.

Removed the possibility to buy dual talent spec from trainers

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
