Bug description: Engineering has a couple of bugged items but one of the most useful ones being Moll-E, Portable Mailbox which was working in previous patch suddenly stopped working after the update it now doesn't summon anything just goes into an hour long cool down when clicked
Proof:

A rock thrown at a pole will not hit, but if one does not aim at the pole, it will hit! That is the law I used!
