The players have too much HP while being mind controlled.

As of right now players affected by "Mind Thrall" id - 273401 in any difficulty seem to be scalling of a preset depending on the amount of people that are within the raid which should not be the case.

***Hp Scalling Should not be applied and the mind controlled players should keep their Maximal HP and refresh the HP whenever they are mind controlled***
