Bug description:
1. Relics do not correctly increase iLVL of the Artifact. In the image below, my artifact should be 799 ilvl based on the 2 relics
Proof:

2. After you have reached the maximum amount of traits (54), you should no longer be able to introduce any more Artifact Power into your artifact.
Proof:

3. Offhand disappears when changing to a different specialisation. Relog does not solve it.

4. When you change specialisation, the artifact that is suited for the certain spec should automatically equip if it exists in your bags.

Weird... I tried adding +50 relics, they all work. then I tried to add the exact same ones that you have and those did not Surprise

As a sort of "good" news, iLvl seems to be only visual, the stats you are getting matches the correct iLvl (don't quite know why doesn't it upgrade properly, will check it)

1 is possibly solved now, 2 very low priority right now, 3 has been solved, working on four. in the meantime, please give us feedback on relics

Another point at 2) , because I've seen many people on blizzard doing it (eventually it was fixed), you reach 53 traits and then you stock artifact power, that should be considered as well.
