[FIXED] [General][Crit to parry] No parry?

Bug description: Critical strike is supposed to give parry rating, currently my gear gives 12.23% crit and it reads on crit tooltip "Increases parry chance by 9,50%", but my parry is still the default 5%. So it's either just a tooltip mistake or it really does not give me parry, I haven't been able to test it very well.

I found only this:
"Your chance to parry is based on the formula: % = 5% base chance + contribution from parry rating + contribution from talents + ((Defense skill - attacker's weapon skill) * 0.04)

Your Parry Rating is provided by items that have a Parry Rating bonus."

Nevertheless, that seems outdated. if you can bring me proof that Crit rating should give Parry, I can fix it

Firstly; parry in gear no longer exists. You can read the changes made in wod here: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Parry

Read the part about "getting a better understanding -> critical strike"

Im not excatly sure what the formula is, but you can calculate it from the numbers I showed you: 12.23% crit gives 9,50% parry.

What muistaax says is indeed correct i will provide you with proof that every point of crit translates into 1 point of parry . http://prntscr.com/ero5za as you can see i have 11,658 crit , tooltip says it increases my parry by 22,64% , but then if you look at my last stat you can see i only have 19% parry chance . However , if i hover over my parry stat http://prntscr.com/ero6kd , you'll notice that it says 11658 parry , which is the ammount of crit i have aswell . Also , even though the number itself is 19% for some reason , the actual parry chance i have is 22,64%. This confirms that 1 crit = 1 parry , but i can't provide you with a formula for the % unfortunetly .

Not only this , but EVERY tank in legion has something similar with crit . DRUID TANK -> CRIT = DODGE
DK TANK -> CRIT = PARRY
WARRIOR TANK -> CRIT = PARRY
PALLADIN TANK -> CRIT = PARRY , aswell as an increase to SoTR uptime
MONK TANK -> CRIT = These guys have something more unique , i'll provide you with a link to what their crit stat actualy does http://www.wowdb.com/spells/216519-celestial-fortune

Also , in case you wonder why this crit is converted into parry , it's because of a bunch of passives on each of these specs , i gave you an example with the brewmaster , the warrior also has Riposte. Some classes , like muistaax's example with the vengeance demon hunter , doesn't have a passive that states this . It's just the way it is .
