[FIXED] Haste VS Spells with Charges

Spellqueue seems to be broken after ap exploit fix,no matter what value or if it is enabled or disabled, nothing changes.I am getting locked out on spells constantly and losing so much dps or tanks not being able to use defensives because of it.I think this is also the reason why fire mage cannot use combustion and fireblast during gcd.

Edit Anabolic:Changed the name because it wasn't spellqueue it was haste vs spells with charges.
