[FIXED] [Hunter] Hunter's BL doesn't reset after a wipe

Bug description:
Hunter's BL doesn't reset after a wipe.
Maybe is due to the fact that Hunter's BL apply Fatigued debuff insted of Sated.
We tested with Nether Ray pet, should be tested on Core Hound also.
