[FIXED] [Hunter] [Marksmanship] Sniper Shot and damage modifiers

Bug description: Sniper shot damage is not affected by damage modifiers

i tested it in PVP
the target (another hunter) had 128k HP and my Sniper shot hit him for 18k
it roughly corresponds to the formula 128*0.2*0.75*0.96=18k
where 0.75 is armor reduction and 0.96 versatility reduction

but the damage should be (128*0.2*0.75*0.96)*1.0742*1.34*1.1=29k
where 1.0742 is my versatility, 1.34 is my mastery and 1.1 is Lone Wolf talent

if this bug is confirmed i'm asking to set it a high priority because it's a pvp opener and i think is easy to fix by removing 'Ignore caster's spellpower/damage bonuses' attribute

After rechecking everything I came to the conclusion that Sniper Shot is missing the Modifiers from

Lone Wolf

Mastery: Sniper Training

Hunter's Mark
