Bug description: The trait has old values of 3% per rank instead of 1.5% per rank .Even if the tooltip says 1.5% per rank in-game it gives 3% effect per trait and rounds up to 10% on the third trait.

Trait has 8 possible ranks. Values:
- Rank 1/8: 3
- Rank 2/8: 6
- Rank 3/8: 10
- Rank 4/8: 13
- Rank 5/8: 16
- Rank 6/8: 20
- Rank 7/8: 23
- Rank 8/8: 26 How it looks and works on Freakz database and In-game.The only thing that works right in game is the tooltip that shows 5%.
Proof: You can see i don't have trick shot neither lone wolf nor vulnerable on target also i hit the target few times to negate the "first shot bonus damage effect".So my basic shots hit for 86.225k damage. https://imgur.com/a/aOCMwmI
So 86.225k*2=172.450+10% crit damage from 3/3=189.695 as you can see in the print screen damage matches up perfectly.
All in all to wrap it up in a few words the trait should give 1.5% per trait and final damage would be 86.225*2=172.450 +5% crit damage from 3/3 that would be 181.072. not 189.694 what we have now.Basically it has double the effect now.

So, is he right or not? The change log does say 1,5% and on freaks it is 3%... On the other post we had a lot of people jumping to say he was wrong, but not here. So it must be true.

Confirmed, Since it was changed on a build earlier than the one freakz is currently using I think we can presume it should be like this on freakz aswell.
The trait wasn't changed when many other things were changed in the build right before 7.3.

Freakz database is correct, SIMC also shows 3,6,10,13,16,20,23,26. BUT the actual tooltip for that ability is:
"Increases critical strike damage dealt by Aimed
Shot by ${$s1/2}.1%"

Translating this means: the tooltip will always show HALF of the values you see in the database. This is because critical bonus damage is calculated this way:
You deal 100 damage. You crit. So the final damage should be 200 before modifiers.

100 base damage.
100 crit bonus damage.

Mods apply only to the crit bonus damage: 100*1.03 (3% bonus) = 103.
100 + 103 = 203.

OR: 200 * 1.015 (1.5% bonus, added at the end) = 203.

This is why blizzard always uses double values in the database, and shows only half in the game.

You are still correct that it gives more, because back in 7.1.5 the tooltip showed the full value, instead of half, so we needed a custom fix to double the underlying values (to make the spell work correctly).

TLDR: due to a 7.1.5 fix Deadly Aim indeed gives 2x the bonus it should.
