Bug description: The stacks go from 1 to 50 each providing an extra % of strength to your next Pillar of Frost. For some reason, stacks 1 to 20 work fine but anything from 21 to 50 does not apply to the Pillar which has base buff of 20% strength. For example if I use Pillar and I have 17 stacks of Icy Edge I get 37% strength which works fine and as intended but if I have 27 stacks and I use pillar I only have 40% strength buff instead of 47%. This applies to all stack numbers above 20 and to the cap of 50. The maximum buff should be 70% strength.

Confirmed . The stacks after 20 don't give bonus STR to pillar of frost .
