Bug description: Auction house Fees took all of my money
Proof: my bags are empty fella

I made a few of Demonsteel gear wanted to put it up on Auction Hoouse to spin some profit, and for some reason i put 3 items, and lost money from around 4000 gold im now at 938 gold. I dont understand this?

Since OP is obviously not gonna bother with screen recording, I'm gonna add some proof of this behaviour, since it happens to mee too:

1. https://streamable.com/hssv8h Trying to post some food for sale, returns a 'You do not have enough money' message, as if I was trying to buy it. As you can see in the video, there is enough gold in the bag for the posting fee.

2. https://streamable.com/fyxh7f Clicking the Create Auction button fails in actually posting the item, and also removes a bunch of gold from the bag. In the video, you can see i have 1550 gold before pressing the button, and 1127 gold after pressing it. The 'You don't have enough money' message is also displayed. Every time the button is clicked, gold is taken from the bags.

I managed to succesfully post a few items yesterday, but after that, every single click of the 'Create Auction' button resulted in the removal of huge amounts of gold from the bag. Lost about 5000 until I realized what was going on...

Hello I just try to post with my character Maggizzle a Barrowknoll Cloak in Undercity Auction House for 899g, but it wouldn't post. So I clicked the Auction button about 3-4 times, and after that it said I didn't have enough money (600g) I think I had around 3-4 k to begin with. I am not sure.
So what happened is that instead of putting up the item for 899g, the auction house deducted that money from me each time I clicked, until my balance was below 899g, and then said you don't have enough gold. I am very glad I found this post, please tell me how to proceed.

So i managed to figure out the cause of the gold vanishing from the bags when posting an aution. The duration of the auction is incorrectly calculated. As can be seen here https://imgur.com/a/dvkxFaU , the auctions that I did manage to create are listed with a 10 days duration, instead of the 1 day selected when they were posted (2 days ago). This means that for each acution, the deposit is incorrectly calculated to a value at least 10 (maybe 12) times larger than it should be.

This is why the message "You do not have enough money' is shown...there is not enough gold in the bag to cover the deposit fee.

Its not that i cant be bothered but i already *** it up, and had no way to screen shot it. Its not that im gonna wine about gold but for future refference it will cause problems. I also rembered from this guy upper post, it also said on my items that the durations is around 21 days, i havent figured it out immediatley that its suposed to be only 48 hours.

Sorry for being generally incomplete with reporting, but i never really do it since i never had any problems on this server.

I just bought a glyph (Glyph of the Spectral Raptor) from SW auction house and I lost my money. It took the 4k from my gold but it then said the item is no longer available. No sign of it in the mail.

A mi también me pasó lo mismo, al querer publicar objetos en la subasta, me quito mi oro y tenia alrededor de 4k y espero que lo solucionen lo antes posible, no es un fallo muy grande pero si nos afecta al no poder tener ingresos por medio de la subasta

It seems to be working fine now!

I posted a few items and the deposit amount was correctly calculated. Also the duration is shown as 1 day.

Same thing here, do you resolve the problem or have received your items? I also bought two Glyphs (for around 4k) and did not received them in my mailbox...
