[FIXED] Kirin'tor emissary

WoW Freakz link: Kirin'tor emissary
Bug description: The emissary quest is missing from the game. Their should be emissary in which you need to do 4 kirin'tor quests in order to earn emissary and also to earn insignias for the factions from which you need reputation. It was added in 7.0.3. Kindly fix this it is needed in order to earn reps faster.

It is marked as inactive and never shows up. Like the falcasour ones which were fixed a few days ago.

This is currently disabled on purpose because the requirements for that emissary are mostly disabled. You can see the list of required quests for that emissary by clicking on the

link (I just added this functionality), you will arrive here https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?criteria=52074 and as you can see most of those quests are not implemented yet which means you would probably not be able to complete the emissary due to lack of quests
