[Spellsteal](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=30449&name=spellsteal) steals monks [Soothing Mist](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=115175&name=soothing-mist) and can have it permanently on him,soothing mist shouldn't be taken by spellsteal.
