Bug description: Arcane Orb should damage enemies through LOS (Loose of sight) in PVP arenas.
Proof: Retail proof: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/258633668 - Minute 44:23.

I have been watching a lot of this guy videos on retail and he always uses Arcane Orb to damage enemies through walls in every arena not just the one in this video ( you can see proof on his channel on other videos as well). At the moment Arcane Orb does not damage or go through wall on Freakz.
