WoW Freakz spell link: Blackout Combo, Keg Smash, Black Ox Brew, Fortifying Brew
Bug description: If you use a Keg Smash empowered by Blackout Combo (talent), it still only reduces CD on Black Ox Brew and Fortifying Brew by 4sec, the 2sec additional CD reduction from Blackout Combo is not applied.
