It should actually gives 3% critical strikes on third rank but currently it only gives 1% as you can see the proofs.

Yea, already checked the Character Info before posting this thread. I'll post more screenshots about before/after activating the passive.
P.S. I've also noticed ONLY sometimes it works properly, but most of the time it doesn't work. I couldn't catch the moment it was working correctly.
