[FIXED] [Monk] Stagger vs Dot / Channels

As you can see Stagger on retail is supposed to be applied whenever Damage over time abilities deal damage to players, the same is regarding channeling spells.

Right now on Freakz Stagger is not applied to none of the cases, same applied to Nature damage such as bleeds from Rogue spells or any bleeds in general. Seems that Stagger is somehow ignoring all DOTS if we ignore DOT initial damage.

Due to this reason this makes the Spec broken to the point where players are not able to benefit from their Main Mitigation as tanks both in PVE and PVP.
