Bug description: Sometimes at random, chi spenders dont give a stack (doesnt matter if it's blackout kick / rising sun kick or fists of fury it's totally random but for the sake of showcasing it I spammed blackout kick since i dont know exactly what makes it bug)

I am afraid I am not able to reproduce this bug. I can see that it is present during your video however there is a lot going on buff wise. In order for me to figure out what exactly triggers is I would need to see the loggs.

Can you please try to recreate this bug wearing nothing but legendary chest. If the bug doesn't occur with no gear means it has to do something with your item bonuses.

Please send me the combat logs on discord or upload them online and give me the link so I could investigate it further.
