Defense Grid seems to bug out completly wiping raids without anyone actually passing the grid.

* 1 person passing registers damage as of everyone would pass at the same time on the raid. ( Check Defense Grid Picture and Proof video)

* Triggers seem to only trigger meanwhile being located in the middle of the room.

Note - ***Defense Grid triggers whenever someone dies (Count as everyone would have passed)***

Note - ***Pets seem to trigger Defense Grid as well, making everyone die***
