Bug description: [NPC] Bliztik missing in Duskwood He should be located 18.0/54.6
He should be in the building right behing Jitters and the well.
He should be upstairs, in the left room.
This NPC should sell The Shadow Oil Recipe
Without this oil some leather items cannot be made
