Bug description: Shay Pressler (Stormwind), Steeg Haskell (Ironforge), Goram (Orgrimmar) sell the old level 85 versions instead of the upgradable level 60 heirlooms added in WoD; and the rest of the guild vendors sell nothing

@Shocker can someone have a look at this, please? we should not have to spend vote points to get the "good" heirlooms
