Bug description: I have noticed these are not despawning. I have seen them stacked in the world and mainly Battleground. The first time I saw this it was so bad it started to lag us. There were at least 20+. I finally ran into it again and manage to screenshot it.

Confirmed. Seems to be affecting instanced areas or somesuch.

Removed the spawns, The stacking should not happen anymore
