Bug description: I get from Nomi only recipes rank 3 and i cant learn them because i dont have rank 2

Nomi will never produce a recipe that you already have. This is an important point and has a major implication
Nomi will not produce a Rank 2 recipe if you do not know the Rank 1 of that recipe. Further, he will not produce a Rank 3 recipe unless you have learned the Rank 2 version of the recipe.
