WoW Freakz spell link: Beacon of Virtue
Bug description: When you apply Beacon of Virtue , it should affect players even if they are at full health. * there must be 24/7 4players affected by Beacon of Virtue * , for example , if 2players are NOT at full health , beacon will affect those 2 - 100% , and 2 from the others who are at full health based on their maximum health ( not 100% if based on their maximum health .
Proof: Minutes 2:08 , you can see he's using beacon on blood DK & the paladin holy has 100% health , and he still gets the beacon.

Confirmed. This bug can also be positive in mythic+ dungeon with overflowing affix

Fixed. It will still prioritize injured players over fullhp ones
