[FIXED] [Paladin][Retribution] Holy Wrath doing Absurd damage 1MIL + Proof

Bug description: Holy Wrath shouldn't deal this much damage at all why? well read the story below

Spell Description:
Deals 200% of your missing health in Holy damage to 4 nearby enemies, up to 120% of your maximum health.

Deals 35% of missing health against enemy players.

so 35% of missing health? hmmmm so let's assume someone is missing 100% health (which is impossible) the damage to the player should be 35% of the total health
Geril had 3000k health: 3000k * 35 / 100 = 1000k or 1MIL while Geril was at 50% health so the maximum damage should be around 525K not 1Milion
or let's say 1milion is right then Geril had to be DEAD with missing 100% health

also there other things that i think are bugged but no proof yet:
1.Affliction Unkillable
2.Monk ONE SHOT
3.Demon Hunter - well just like in 3.3.5 DK was OP so let's say blizzard wants it this way just because the class in new
or maybe i'm just a NOOB that doesn't know how to play

Anyway, there was an issue with this spell, fixed now
