this damage is not vs stunned target, it should not do that much damage to begin with

yeah this spell does way too much damage
What I think happens is that right now the spell acts like the target is stunned even if he isn't. And if he is this effect gets increased again..

Expect a huge drop in retribution paladin's damage. I found the issue, can fix it without restarting: I mistyped the specialization ID for retribution paladin, making pvp stat templates not affecting the spec at all (meaning he's got way more strength, stamina, and all stats than it should)
