Bug description: It only works for healing currently,it doesn't increase the absorption effect of Clarity of Will and Power word Shield

Indeed, it doesn't increase the absorption effect of Clarity of Will.
But Power Word Shield its not a "non attonement" spell. So it shouldn't.

Well that's the thing,it doesn't say it anywhere,it's still an absorption effect.Quicksand can maybe verify better.

Verified on retail, it does affect the absorption of PW: Shield and Clarity of Will as well fixed
