[FIXED] [Priest] [Holy] Prayer of Mending

Bug description:
Prayer of Mending (PoM) isn't proccing on multiple bosses/ads abilities/spells (PvE). Mainly AoE / passive abilities.
Proof:
A few examples from an EN raid (mythic);
Nythendra
-Rot (Video - In group 4 player Myrcella has Rot debuff while PoM doesn't proc)
Elerethe Renferal
- Venomous Pool (Video - In group 3 player Herculees takes damage with Venomous Pool but PoM doesn't proc)
- Dark Storm (Video - In group 3 player Yaboyd is taking damage from Dark Storm but PoM doesn't proc)
Dragons of Nightmare
-Mark of Taerar
-Volatile Infection
(Video - In group 3 player Norethar has both Volatile Infection & Mark of Taerar damaging him and PoM doesn't proc)

[Pinocchio Evreiesc]

Doesn't proc from ticking auras, channeled aoes, DoTs and pool spells. Also Prayer of Mending should be a smart heal, jumping to targets that have the lowest HP within its range. Doesnt act like that, have seen it jump to full HP players sooo many times when other injured party members were in range.

Fixed. Every sort of damage taken will now proc Prayer of Mending, and it will prefer low HP players (and if possible, it will always chose a player and not pets or other npcs)
