Bug description: Psychic Scream and Mind Control doesn't share diminishing returns in freakz

Proof: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/crowd-control-diminishing-returns/19977

just use Psychic Scream then mind control and you will see mind control going for full duration. instead of 50% duration
or vise versa

both of these abilities are Disorient effect and they should share DR together

I can't seem to duplicate this, can you tell me what you did to make this happen?

How to reproduce:

Tell a priest(disc,shadow) to use psychic scream on you , you will get feared(disorinted) for full duration of scream , then tell him to use mind control on you . Cus of diminishing returns from disorient effect of psychic scream , Mind control should go for half duration (4sec). (vise versa) . But in freakz you will see mind control doing the crowd control for 8 sec.

Psychic scream type: Disoriented effect
Mind control type: Disoriented effect

So they should share diminishing returns.

Confirmed,
Casting Psychic scream should induce the same Diminishing Returns as Mind Control, so MC should only be 50% duration, this is currently not the case
