Bug description: It MUST take priest attack speed based on current %haste.

I think there is a problem, check hits time...only 2 after 2 cast...it happens in shadow and disci.

Other thing....i remember from retail that insanity generated by mindbender was 6 non 4...btw if anyone can help me find a patch notes related, will be good :

Hm, for some reason I though only shadowfiend's attack speed is based on the player's haste.

Askmrrobot tells me that mindbender is also affected (also, you can see here as well, that it generates only 4 Insanity per hit)
