[FIXED] [Priest][Shadow & Discipline] Shadow Mend

Bug description: Example: Shadow Mend heals you for 10k, and under 10 seconds, the health you recieved from that Shadow Mend is gone, but in DoT form(this is whats supposed to happen.) But the dot doesnt remove your health. Also the countdown from 10 sec to 0 sec is bugged.

Fixing the duration, although check on retail, out of combat it doesn't even apply the aura try healing yourself in duel while someone is hitting you and please report back to me

Also about the Power infusion, it doesnt give me 25% it only gives me 20% :D
