Bug description: Doesn't share diminishing returns with other stuns. And it should.
tested after a warrior's stormbolt and I got a full duration stun.

For some reason it was changed by me to Incapacitate back in the time, but I have no idea why. It should be Stun afaik. I changed it back to Stun, if anyone has to say anything, they'll probably create another report Thinking
