[FIXED] [PvE] Imonar the soulhunter infernal rockets going off early

Bug description: The boss casts infernal rockets as soon as it is interrupted on people who are outside the platform. During the bridge crossing, if a person interrupts the boss, there should be an 8-10 seconds delay before the infernal rockets go off. This downtime allows the players on mythic to move across the bridge easily without wind and the flaming balls. Currently, you have to wait until everyone is on the platform before interrupting because if you do, it can kill those players easily. Kindly, look into this, it has become a problem for guilds who are not donors because they cannot survive the damage on the bridge phase and it even if they do they waste about 40 seconds on each bridge phase which can easily lead to a wipe.

This is true, on freakz Infernal Rockets is casted instantly after intrerrupting Conflagration.
In the above video, the warlock was in the middle of the intermission platform and there were no Infernal Rockets casted on him at all.
