[FIXED] [PvE] [Vault of The Wardens] Blazing imps spell casting

Bug description: The mobs become invulnerable during their Implosion cast therefore making the damage of Implosion impossible to avoid. The spell should be casted at 10% health and the mobs should be able to die during the cast.
Also, the mobs seem to start casting the Fireblast as soon as you get in aggro range, there's a delay of a few seconds which can also be seen in the video.
