Bug description: So, i can't abandon the quest and i can't complete it. I hear that it unlocks a legion scenario. So i get the quest and when i go to Krasus landing the fly npc with that hipogryph is not there. I mean i do not see him whatever i do. Thank you much !

Just abandon the quest when the server restart. It might be invisible in quest log but if you relog you will be able to see and abandon it.
