Bug Description: All of these should be repeatable quests; also, all of them should stop at Best Friend rank (which is final rank, so useless to set them).

Update - the following are fixed / made available:
A Ruby Shard for Jogu
A Marsh Lily for Tina
A Marsh Lily for Fish
A Marsh Lily for Farmer Fung
A Marsh Lily for Haohan
A Marsh Lily for Sho
A Marsh Lily for Chee Chee
A Marsh Lily for Old Hillpaw
A Marsh Lily for Gina
A Marsh Lily for Ella
A Marsh Lily for Jogu

Fixes are live!
