Bug description: Quest item is missing Lens of Tide , Lady Hatecoil in EoA should drop it,doesn't matter what difficulty of dungeon,as u can see in my quest log I've been to EoA and it didn't drop I killed the last boss and it counted in quest but Lady Hatecoil didn't drop quest item needed for this quest to be 100% finished.(forgot to take ss in dungeon of loot I did it 2 times not doing it for 3rd for nothing)
