Bug description: the Saberon Stash gives the quest , turn in should be at Altauur 49.49 , but no interaction possible

Proof: Completed by: 0 players @ Felsong

THis a REpost after a reject ( which was based on horde equal quest) but on alliance side it's IMPOSSIBLE to turn in
