Yes, the quest take a bit of time to do, but the drop chances are not that high too.

Stonemaul Slaver = 24.6 %, on wowhead is 28%
Stonemaul Guard = 14.15%, on wowhead is 16%

Increased drop chances a bit, it's even more than on wowhead but let's leave it like this.
