Bug description: Nu pot da complete la quest. E a2a oara cand dau accept la quest. In prima tura, am reusit sa vorbesc cu 3/4 NPC si sa fac questurile aferente discutiilor. In schimb nu am putut vorbi cu Vereesa Windrunner. Am dat delete la cache, am dat unstuck, am asteptat server restart si nu a functionat. Apoi, dupa restart, am dat abandon la quest si l-am reluat si am ajuns in situatia actuala, in care nu pot vorbi cu niciunul dintre NPC si nu pot continua Class Hall Campaign.

Cannot complete the quest. This is 2nd time when I accept this quest. 1st time I was able to speak with 3/4 NPCs and do the related "side-quests" to each NPC. Instead I wasn't able to talk with Vereesa Windrunner. I deleted cache , I have unstucked and also waited for a server restart but nothing worked. After the restart, I have abandoned the quest and retook it and ended up in this situation where I cannot talk with any of the quest NPCs.
