[FIXED] [Quest] Monk scenario Panic at the brewery

Bug description: In the scenario in stage 2 if youre on healer spec(mistweaver) your detox dosent trigger the quest count, it remains 0/10 but of youre on dps(or tank i think, i didnt try)it works( thats because tehnically mw's detox is different from bm's and ww's detox). In stage 5 after you exit the brewery and have to destroy the 5 portals if youre using any spell outside you die. In the last stage if you kill the panda girl before she transforms the quest dosent trigger and you have to reset, if you let her transform the demon you she becomes has 1271M hp, and while youre fighting something from nowhere you get healed with soothing mist but it breaks immediately if you use any spells

• [FIXED] Npc Varagol the Coercer - changed HP to 17M.
  
• [FIXED] Npc Stormstout Brewer - detox should now work on all specs.
  
• [FIXED] Npc Brewer Almai - should now properly follow the player.
  
• [FIXED] Spell Storm Brew - should no longer instakill or trigger stagger for brewmasters.
  
• [FIXED] Quest Panic at the Brewery - couldn't be turned in.
