[FIXED] [Quest] Skinning Mission unavaliable

Bug description: I know it is not enough to say that this mission is bug but i have great suspicions that it is. I have done the argus campaign and just finished the skinning dalaran quest chain and I'm unable to continue leveling my profession because the mission "Tainted Scraps" does not appear anywhere. The npc "Enstraa" who is supposed to give it to you doesn't and it caught my attention that nobody on the server have completed this mission yet according to quest helper page.
I would be grateful if you could tell me if this quest is avaliable to stop messing around trying to complete it.

The "Tainted Scraps" quest starts when you loot the "Tainted Scraps" item from beasts on Argus. but the drop rate is low, and after faming for it for an hour, and after killing around 300 Duskcloak Panthara, it did not drop. Then, after using the NPC Finder on wow-freakz, I see that the item is not present in the NPC's loot table (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=124303&&name=duskcloak-panthara) as oposed to wow-head's loot table for the same NPC (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=124303/duskcloak-panthara). Also, the NPC should be skinnable... So I guess there is a more complex issue at hand

Can confirm item Tainted Scraps: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151866&&name=tainted-scraps does not exist in any creatures loot table it is only tied to the quest so it doesn't have the ability to drop.
As a side note any skinnable NPC in Argus cant be skinned until the quest has been completed.

Confirmed.

The NPC Duskcloak Panthara should drop the quest item Tainted Scraps but right now it doesn't appear in our database compared to Wowhead.
