IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ THIS WHOLE POST!

These quests bug only for those who ALREADY DID THE QUESTS ONCE and now the quest reappeared. Because you already did the quest once, you can't complete it again, that's why you'll be stuck with 0/1 status. Even if you delete the quest, it reappears on login or random.

I fixed the underlying issue, quest won't reappear anymore

Solution for already bugged players is simple, I have deleted these quests from all players who already completed them. The quest has disappeared from your quest log and you will not be able to take the quest again from the NPCs (because you already completed the quest once, no need to complete it again). You now just have to figure out where you are in the quest chain in order to continue it, use the https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php on the site to figure out where. After that, simply continue your quest chain.

If you have 3rd relic already unlocked then your quest chain is complete, don't bother doing anything else!
