[FIXED] Respawn Timers for WQ objects

Bug description: Shocker posted this. https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Dynamic-respawn-times-for-Broken-Isles-rares-t486379.html So I was wondering if the same could be implemented for the wq objects. Some object gather(non-proffesion related) world quests are just hard to deal with it. A good example is the world quest Dark Corruption where you need to kill some mobs but then destroy 3 totems which is veeery hard, because they are like 4-5 in total I think and there are usually 20-30+ players which need to destroy them resulting in an endless waiting for just a world quest.
