[Divine Intervention](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=213313&name=divine-intervention) doesn't always trigger in PvP which is making it unreliable.

Divine Intervention should always activate **Unless** your Divine Shield is on CD,you have Forbearance or you are locked out of Holy School,I died so many times without any of these 3 being the case.

I have no idea how to replicate this,it is random.
